So the invitation, as you're listening to today's episode, is to really think about where are you frustrated with yourself? Where has somebody else pointed it out that's definitely not been helpful? And where are you denying yourself the greatest gift ever, which is pure alignment, pure fun, pure expansion, pure joy for things to be easy, for things to be absolutely flowing in goodness. Where are you blocking you? Hello, hello, hello, and welcome to another episode of Align with Abraham. I am bringing this one to you because I've heard it with numerous people in the last week and it's something that I see consistently in the work that I do, but also just in general life. It is one of the most common feelings that I have. People explain to me of how it shows up for them. So let's go straight in and talk about frustration and, more importantly or this episode is focused on frustration with yourself. Now, why would people actually do that? Why would people allow themselves to spend and waste beliefs and thought, energy and physical energy and time and space by being frustrated with themselves? Now, this is something that happens on a human level and the frustration is usually pointed to inaction. I'm frustrated because I didn't do this thing that I really wanted to do and it was going to help me. It was going to move the needle forward in my life, in my business, my health, my relationships, whatever they were looking at. They're frustrated that they didn't take action. Frustration is I'm holding myself back by taking action that actually isn't going to make a difference in where I want to go, but I'm hiding behind that piece of well. I've took some action. I've taken some action today. So there wasn't enough time to do everything and you know I'm working hard and I've done all these things and that's a really interesting place for people to find themselves in another week's gone by, another week's gone by, and it's like where's the time going? I've done all these things, but I've not yet done this thing that's going to help me to actually grow my business. I've not gone on to socials or I've not gone into a space where I really want to have a conversation with somebody in terms of a relationship, dynamic or a new job or anything that you know actually for yourself is an element of that frustration. So there are many, many reasons why this happens and I want to talk more about habits. We get stuck in habitual patterns thought patterns, energy patterns, belief patterns. We get stuck in a pattern loop and until we actually raise attention to it and give it awareness and shine a light on it, we'll stay in that pattern loop. And what's even more frustrating is other people can point the pattern loop to us, but unless we're ready and unless we're actually going to take personal responsibility to make that change, nothing's going to change. So the invitation, as you're listening to today's episode, is to really think about where are you frustrated with yourself? Where has somebody else pointed it out that's definitely not been helpful? And where are you denying yourself the greatest gift ever, which is pure alignment, pure fun, pure expansion, pure joy for things to be easy, for things to be absolutely flowing in goodness, to be easy, for things to be absolutely flowing in goodness. Where are you blocking you?

I remember a conversation I had with a client and I love this phrase and it's a great awareness piece that you are the problem. If you're noticing that you're frustrating yourself, you are also the solution. You are the problem and the solution. So you are the struggle and the stretch and the success and I want to just say that again You're the stretch and the success. Let that land, let that land in your body. Close your eyes, if it's safe for you to do so, and just let that really resonate and let the mind digest it and let the body receive that you are the stretch and the success.

Speaker 1:

So then it goes down quite simply and also mega frustratingly which lens are you looking at life? At the stretch lens, the struggle lens, the what have I got to change about myself? Lens, or here's the success, here's the solution? How can I feel my way to the solution, rather than how can I think my way? Because when you feel your way, you'll know if it feels good, you'll know if it feels right. You'll know if it feels expansive. You'll know if it feels good, you'll know if it feels right. You'll know if it feels expansive. You'll know if it feels. All the things that give you that intuitive knowing where you're like this is it and when you can lead. With that, which is a skill in itself, the frustration goes.

Speaker 1:

What happens when we think our way out? Our limiting beliefs, subconscious, will slow down that journey. When we feel our way out, we are already slowing ourself down to process the information. We're already creating space and time, time which allows clarity to come in. And when you feel your way, it's nobody else's journey. There's no other people, no other judgments, nothing else. It's what you feel in yourself. It's absolutely spot on for you. Your feelings are mega potent.

Speaker 1:

So frustration is a very strong feeling that people can sometimes feel massively in their head. I'm really frustrated. I feel like I'm pulling my hair out. It can be a real head energy, the subtle nuances of the sensations of frustration, as you've probably been feeling them in many places in your body. You might have that foot tapping, you might have that spin in your hair. You might have that twizzle in your pen, you might have that uneasiness, you might have that on edge. You're basically your body's in fight or flight, waiting for the next thing, the next signal to give you some safety.

Speaker 1:

So what happens is when you can tune into yourself, you start to become aware oh, my goodness, okay, let's just bring myself back into optimum performance, let's regulate myself, whether it's with nervous system, breath work, whether it's with intentionality, whether it's with mindset belief work, whether it is with movement breath work, whether it's with intentionality, whether it's with mindset belief work, whether it is with movement, whatever it is for you in that very moment, and then feel your way, and what will happen is the more you do this, you'll start to see oh my goodness, do you know what I'm in like fight or flight, more than I realize. Or I'm in relax mode, more than I realize and the feeling my way through life gets easier and easier and easier, and I am absolute product of that feeling. Your way through life allows you for the frustration to come, because let's not, let's not um roast into it. The frustration will come all the time, in different things, you different things that you may see or feel, but you don't allow yourself to be entertained by it. It just comes and goes, comes and goes, comes and goes. And what happens? Because you're not putting your attention on it, it doesn't come and go so often. So what happens is you're putting your attention on your success, on the solution, on feeling your way. You're actually getting more in tune with your body and you're able to move through life in a way that feels magical and momentous. And this real element of trust, a real element of trust, and when you can hold that, that with certainty, with conviction, with incredible power and presence, then you are magnetic to all of your desires. So let me know, let me know what comes up for you, where you're at in terms of your life, if you are looking for solutions, or are you actually a little bit in that habit of struggle or seeking some part of you that you feel has to be healed, to move through. Believe me, when you can understand yourself on a feeling level, it answers so many things for you Because you're more in tune. So you can raise your frequency, you can get your energetic vibration much higher, and then you can magnetize in everything that you really desire and create this absolutely abundant loving lifestyle that you're here for.

Who is here for that abundant loving lifestyle? I am. I'm here for more and more and more and more of it. So then you start to build the habits that attract in more and more and more of the good stuff. That's what life's about. That's what Abraham teaches. It's meant to be fun. It's meant to be fun. It's meant to be enjoyed. It's meant to be full of joy. You're allowed to be happy. You're allowed to be predominantly happy. You're allowed to feel epic on multiple levels.
